The Process, Day by Day
Guarantee does not apply under certain conditions, including: (1) the applicant fails to submit all documentation within 24 hours of the request; (2) the applicant changes the loan products and/or terms from those that were originally applied for; (3) the closing does not occur on the contract closing date due to delays attributable to third parties such as a lack of certificate of occupancy, unresolved title issues, etc., or if the seller or purchaser extends the closing date; or (4) the closing does not occur on the contract closing date due to events outside the parties’ control, including inclement weather, natural disaster, catastrophic events, or other acts of God.
